PermaRoof Commercial Rescues Roof Restoration

PermaRoof Commercial Rescues Roof Restoration

PermaRoof Commercial, the commercial roofing division of the wider PermaGroup, was called to step in earlier this year to rescue a roof restoration project in Beaconsfield. The property, a multi-million pound family home, was suffering from a rapidly deteriorating roof following a faulty installation five years ago.

The architect leading the project contacted us after the client had a bad experience with another roofing provider and they needed a quick and effective approach to the problem.

Compiling a solution – and fast

Our expert team quickly arranged to be on site to conduct a full review for specification. According to the team, the solution they came up with was a ‘textbook fix.’

Not only were the team able to compile the correct warm roof specification, we also connected the client with a recommended professional via the PermaRoof Registered Installer (PRI) scheme. This offers assurance that the project is fully protected, and on-site support is provided until completion.

Sunny Lotay, national commercial manager of PermaRoof Commercial was delighted to be provided with a chance to ‘earn our salt’ when larger, more established companies had vied for the project. He also said, “To be honest, it was very easy to step in and provide the correct solution. What really expediated the fix, however, was the support we offered alongside.

I believe an open flow of communication and technical support is one of the main developers of the trust our customers have in us. While enacting repairs on the Beaconsfield family home, we made sure we presented our clients with realistic and truthful reports of what could and couldn’t be done at all times.”
