PermaRoof UK is Growing and Recruiting!
PermaRoof UK is enjoying a period of growth and expansion of our already extensive construction and roofing services and products offerings. Over the last few years, we’ve grown our range of flat roof skylights significantly since our acquisition of the Skylight Company, partnered with new suppliers, added steel framed buildings, PermaFence and more – and we’re still getting busier.
After breaking records for the most successful May, June, and July in its 19-year history, the growing company is looking for two dedicated recruits to join the team at its head office in Alfreton, Derbyshire. The new employees will be expected to handle all aspects of customer service, from answering the busy phones to handle enquiries and take orders, to solving daily challenges to ensure deliveries are made on time and in full.
Two new vacancies in our customer service department
Following a record-breaking quarter – the best in our 19-year history, we’ve launched a search for two new customer service representatives to join the busy team at our headquarters in Alfreton, Derby.
We pride ourselves on a strong approach to customer service and have gained a reputation for our commitment to our clients all over the country. This is why we need friendly, yet professional ‘people-people’ in this critical role in our business to handle all aspects of customer service, including, but not limited to:
- Answering the phones
- Handling enquiries
- Taking telephone orders
- Ensuring deliveries are made on time.
You’ll also need to be able to think on your feet and help to solve daily, differing challenges, especially during the current time! PermaRoof UK will give you all the training you need and you’re joining a friendly, supportive team to show you the way.
