Permaroof is delighted to announce its first acquisition – Gosport-based The Skylight Company. Permaroof has enjoyed organic, tripled turnover during the last five years, and is the UKs leading importer and licenced distributor of Firestone RubberCover membranes and associated products.

The Skylight Company stocks and sells a wide range of roof lights, which will give Permaroof firm ground in the skylights market. Mr Adrian Buttress, owner and managing director of Permaroof is pleased with the recent acquisition and said, ‘The Skylight Company is an established, well regarded business whose large selection of dome skylights designed for flat roofing systems is a natural addition to our core product range.
