Description

Permaroof 500 Liquid Membrane is used to waterproof the main area (in 1 layer) using the accelerator at a ratio of.

110ml per litre 

500ml per 6kg

2000ml per 25kg

Instructions

Mix the accelerator at a low speed for a couple of minutes until its fully mixed. Working life of mixed product in the tin is approximately 20-25 minutes.

Coverage

Coverage rate of 1.8 kg/m2 to achieve a minimum of 1.4mm thickness

6kg accelerated tin = 3-4m2

25kg accelerated tin = 12-15m2

Drying Time

Permaroof 500 Liquid Membrane will be shower-proof in 30-40 minutes and will achieve full adherence and strength in 24 hours.

It can be re-coated if required after 2 hours or Topcoat UV can be applied

Notes

Permaroof 500 Liquid Membrane can also be used without accelerator with a drying time of 4-6 hours and must be applied in 2 layers of 1kg
