Under Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, Customers have a 7 day 'cooling off' period from the day they receive their goods, in which time they should notify us that they wish to cancel their contract with you and a full refund be given, including any original delivery charges.
If the goods have already been dispatched and it is simply a 'change of heart' then the return delivery costs will be bourn by the customer. However, if there is a fault, the return delivery costs will be bourn by us, the merchant.
All products must meet the return requirements listed below, failure to do so may void all return and warranty privileges.
Â· All products must be shipped in the appropriate packaging so as to ensure the safety of the product.
Â· Damage or loss of products during shipping to Permaroof is the sole responsibility of the customer.
Â· Product must be in original condition and must be accompanied by all original packaging.
Â· A traceable shipping method should be used when shipping your product to Permaroof. We will not assume responsibility for lost or damaged merchandise inbound to us.
