COVID-19 Update: Your Roofing Orders

Here at Permaroof we’ve continued to process your orders throughout the lockdown. Demand is high at the moment, but for your safety and ours, we’re operating a rotating, skeleton staff here in the distribution centre to ensure everyone is protected and to support vital social distancing measures.

As a result, there may be a slight delay with the processing of your orders. We’re doing the best we can and assure you that every order will be processed and sent out as quickly and efficiently as possible. We thank you sincerely in advance for your understanding.

How to order your roofing supplies

For delivery

You can still place your orders online, by telephone or by email in the usual way. We usually promise next day delivery for orders placed before 12pm, but please bear with us at the current time. Your orders will be delivered as quickly as possible and will be contactless.

For collection

You can arrange to collect your order from the Derby distribution centre as usual. Pre-order by telephone for collection the following day – you will be given a specific timed collection slot. Please do not arrive outside your delivery slot as this will complicate social distancing measures in place. Orders will be placed outside the trade counter reception or just inside.

Although we are operating on skeleton staffing measures, we are continuing to offer our consistently high levels of customer service and support for all your orders and queries. Whether you’re a high volume EPDM-user and client or buy a single DIY flat roof kit, we’re here for you as usual.
