Mardome Trade Opening Rooflight 

Brett Martin Mardome Trade Rooflights complete with multiwall PVC kerb are supplied with pre-drilled glazing for fast installation. Security caps supplied for fitting over fixings for improved waterproofing and security. Designed to allow roof membrane finishes to be fixed horizontally on kerb top to help prevent water ingress. Kerb height to be 225mm, with a white interior finish. Roof light size is overall Dome/Pyramid size

Double Skin U=2.7 w/m2k

Triple Skin U=2.1 w/m2k

To comply with Part L reg's Triple Skin should be specified

(Part L reg's specify a U rating of less than 2.2)

These robust and reliable rooflights are supplied as a cellular PVC kerb with pre-drilled glazing allowing the installer to screw fix the glazing to the kerb. The pre-drilled fixing holes are positioned using state of the art cutting technology, ensuring a reliable and accurate fit.

Once installed, hard to force security caps encase the fixings for additional security. They are designed to also improve waterproofing.

They are available in either a single, double or triple skin polycarbonate glazing, depending on the thermal performance required. When installed according to the manufacturer's instructions, the kerb is designed to provide exceptional waterproofing integrity. Water ingress is virtually impossible as the waterproofing membrane can be applied to the full kerb height and finished on the top horizontal surface.
